The Smog Shoppe in Los Angeles provides so many wonderful opportunities to create beautiful wedding images. One of the reasons I love shooting day-after sessions is because there’s no rush, no stress and nobody pulling the B&G away from my camera. 🙂 It’s absolutely lovely to have a few hours to play with backgrounds, lighting and posing. And it’s really a nice time for a couple to spend together, away from the crowds. I’d always hoped that Sonia and Philipp might want to do a day-after session, but seven inches of rain on their wedding day made it an absolute must. The delightful Jeannie Jeffries from Couture Beauty was so incredibly sweet to drive all the way back up to my place (which is only about two miles north of the Smog Shoppe venue) to recreate her magic on the beautiful canvas of Sonia’s face. Jeannie, I know how grateful Sonia was for your generosity, and I am just as grateful. Be sure to check in tomorrow for the 5th and final posting in this week-long entry. It’ll focus on the shoes, the shoes, the shoes . . . and it’ll be worth your time. 🙂
What absolutely stunningly beautiful photography Dina. Your clients must be absolutely thrilled. Can’t wait for the next part!
