Hummingbird Nest Ranch is a stunning place to have a wedding in Southern California, featuring gorgeous views, amazing landscaping and photography locations that any photographer would die for, as was the case for Monica and Nima’s Persian Jewish wedding on the venue’s Grand Prix Lawn. Coordinated by Myra and the team at Celebrate Invitations and Florals, the event colors were white and gold, with an outdoor ceremony, open-tented cocktail hour and tent-and-drape reception. Guests danced the night away to tunes by the energetic DJ Next Level as they celebrated the great love shared by this incredible couple. The bride co-designed her stunning wedding dress with Arsine at Karoza Bridal, and the creative design provided her with three options — the full-length dramatic skirt and train for her portraits and the ceremony, a lighter skirt more suited to dancing, and a sleek streamlined version for the later-night partying. This dress was one of the most amazing wedding dresses I’ve seen in my entire career, and I loved photographing its detail work and the dramatic train.
