Sunset Beach Engagement Photo
This was yet another lucky moment where we had low sun shining through the Santa Monica Pier supports instead of a marine layer blocking the sun. I love when my couples are willing to get wet in the water, as it makes a much better photo than just standing on the sand. For this image, I asked the groom to pick up his bride and to kiss her right when the water splashed against the pier supports behind them. The timing had to be just right, and luckily, we had perfect lighting and the couple gave me great expressions. Engagement session photographed in Santa Monica, California.
