This beautiful Badgley Mischka wedding dress looked stunning at this bride's destination wedding at the One and Only Palmilla Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The couple got ready (and spent their honeymoon) in a private villa overlooking the ocean, which gave us a lovely spot to create some pre-wedding portraits. For this image, I asked the bride to walk slowly down the stairs. I wanted to include the rust-colored pot in the upper right hand portion of the image, and I knew it would balance perfectly off the greenery on the other side of the banister. Green and orange (or rust) always pair beautifully together. The end result is a classic portrait that embodied the elegant beach feel the bride was hoping for.
