Fusion weddings involve two wedding ceremonies whose traditions span two different cultures. For this Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel fusion wedding, the couple had a Catholic church ceremony in the morning and a Hindu ceremony in the late afternoon. The key to shooting two-ceremony wedding days is creation of a good timeline. For this double-ceremony fusion wedding, the bride wore a white wedding dress for the church ceremony, then switched to an Indian lengha for the Hindu ceremony and reception. As a nod to the groom's Polish heritage, each table at the reception featured a bottle of vodka, which the guests were encouraged to use for a traditional Polish toast. I love the contrast of the bride's mendhi against her beautiful white wedding dress.
