Bride at St. Regis Monarch Beach Wedding Photographer
Even the most simple hallway can provide a beautiful photographic opportunity at the St. Regis in Monarch Beach. For this wedding portrait, I sat the bride on top of a hallway dresser, and shot at an angle to bring the mirror into frame at a flattering angle. I then added blur to the top and bottom edges to approximate the look of a tilt-shift lens. The end result was a flattering image that the bride loved. This bride wore a unique hairstyle that wrapped hair around a football-shaped ball of nylons to create a massive bun in the back of her head. She then wore a birdcage veil with Hello Kitty jewelry to round out her pinup girl look. Wedding photographed at the St. Regis in Monarch Beach, Dana Point, California.
